Dead Sea Bath salts hold a higher mineral content then epsom salts. Rocks are larger also. Best recommendation is to bath in salts 2/3 times a week for 30 minutes to soothe sore muscles and aches and pains. It also works great to strip hair of chemicals and leaves your hair feeling like you just dipped it in the sea.
